Gary S. Harding is an associate at Bernard & Merrill where his practice is focused primarily in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Harding received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts/Lowell and Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law where he was on the Dean’s List all three years. Mr. Harding has lectured on workers’ compensation matters before numerous companies and organizations, including the New Hampshire Adjusters Association. Mr. Harding is a Past Chair of the Workers Compensation Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. Prior to practicing at Bernard & Merrill, Mr. Harding earned a Judicial Clerkship with the Massachusetts Superior Court and engaged in private practice concentrating in construction litigation. He is licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Harding served in the United States Marine Corps and was self-employed as a general contractor.
